  • HARVEST: Manual harvest during the first week of September
  • VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • GRADAZIONE ALCOLICA: 12,5% vol.

  • ASPETTO: Pale straw yellow colour with greenish highlights
  • PROFUMO: Amazing olfactory mix of green apple, pear, banana, grapefruit and hawthorn
  • GUSTO: Fresh and tasty wine, it evolves from white-fleshed fruit to citrus fruit
