  • SOIL: Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
  • VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Guyot
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 8 tons
  • HARVEST: Manual harvest during the first decade of September
  • VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12,5% vol.

  • SIGHT: Bright pale pink with hints of copper
  • NOSE: Delicate bouquet of pomegranate juice, rose hips, pink grapefruit and gooseberries
  • PALATE: Fresh and savory taste that evolves to flavours of strawberries and raspberries
