  • SOIL:Red iron soil, characterised by an underlying layer of limestone
  • VINE-TRAINING SYSTEM: Spur-pruned Cordon
  • PLANTS PER HECTARE: 4300
  • PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 6 tons
  • HARVEST: Manual harvest during the first decade of September
  • VINIFICATION: Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
  • AGING: 4 months in stainless steel tanks and 2 months in the bottle
  • ALCOHOL CONTENT: 15% vol.

TASTING NOTES
  • SIGHT: Intense ruby red colour with amaranth highlights
  • NOSE: Interesting hints of cherry, plum and violet, then touches of liquorice root and dark chocolate
  • PALATE: Good structure with velvety tannins and pleasant freshness
