VINIFICATION: Soft pressing of the grapes. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature
SECOND FERMENTATION: In sealed tanks at a low temperature. Left in contact with the yeast for three months in the tank. Refinement in the bottle for at least one month
ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12% vol.
TASTING NOTES
SIGHT: Brilliant coral pink with frenzied perlage
NOSE: Delicious perfumes of strawberry, cherry, rose petal and mandarin
PALATE: Full sip, enhanced by a saline character; charming and coherent, with a pleasant bitterness in the end
